SEATTLE, WA – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced the opening of pre-leasing for Kaye, a design-forward, 31-story multi-family tower located on the 2200 Block of Fourth Ave in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Thoughtfully designed to reflect the cultural fabric of its neighborhood, Kaye’s blend of innovative architecture, art, and elevated living will make it the premier new apartment residence in Seattle.
Kaye features 324 units, including 10 larger three-bedroom family or shared living units. Located between Blanchard and Bell Streets in the vibrant Belltown neighborhood, Kaye is ideally situated near major downtown employers, local restaurants, entertainment destinations, and Bell Street Park. “Our vision for Kaye has always been to create more than just a place to live— but a home that is connected to a vibrant community that offers residents the best of city living,” said Charlie Foushée, executive vice president and regional manager for Skanska USA Commercial Development’s Seattle market. “With premium amenities and thoughtfully designed homes, Kaye offers an experience like no other in the market – It’s different here. We are embedded in Belltown with easy walkability to South Lake Union, the new waterfront, and other key parts of Downtown Seattle’s entertainment hubs. We look forward to welcoming our first residents early this summer.”

As a developer and builder, Skanska is committed to sustainability. Kaye is targeting LEED Gold, Salmon-Safe, WiredScore Gold and Fitwel certifications. Additionally, as part of the Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda (HALA) program, Kaye will contribute an estimated $4.5 million to the city’s affordable housing fund.
