These are our terms of use for the Skanska USA Inc. website including a privacy policy. References below to "Skanska", "us" or "we" are references to Skanska USA Inc. as a provider of this website ("Site") unless else follows from that a certain Site or other service states another entity, whereby "Skanska" will refer to such entity.

Skanska will for the purposes of providing its Site and these Terms of Use adhere to U.S. law.
