Our 9000 Wilshire project and the team behind it are featured in Global Construction Review
Global Construction Review (GCR) recently featured our 9000 Wilshire project and the team that’s leading its development and construction. Located in Beverly Hills, California, the three-story, 46,000 square-foot office building is our first development project in the greater Los Angeles area. The team includes Clare De Briere, executive vice president, Jenny Walker, project executive, and Lauren Acosta, manager – real estate development.
Not only is the development and project team comprised of mostly women, but they’re also partnering with local female artist, Heather Day, who will create art for the office building. Her work exudes energy and features colorful layers of paint complimented by nontraditional materials on canvas. Her future public immersive art experience at 9000 Wilshire will highlight the iconic history of Wilshire Boulevard and Beverly Hills.
Our new office building’s central location provides access to three different LA Metro stations within minutes. 9000 Wilshire’s architecture, scale, streetscape and proximity to an existing network of green spaces offers an aspect of livability and charm unique to its Beverly Hills location.
Building for the times
The interior of 9000 Wilshire will be just as impressive as its location, incorporating modern safety, wellness and digital technologies. For example, our team is working towards a completely touchless experience, which is a safety technology future tenants of the building will enjoy.
Ensuring the space can keep pace with technology’s constant evolution, we are designing the building to meet Gold certification standards by WiredScore—for our future tenants, that means reliable digital connectivity. Additionally, like all of our development projects, 9000 Wilshire will exemplify sustainability and seek LEED® Platinum and Fitwel certifications. From the very small details to the larger design experience, 9000 Wilshire will incorporate a holistic view of occupants’ health and wellbeing with the future in mind.
