Skanska’s 2112 Penn office tower reaches 90 percent leasing with announcement of Cassidy Levy Kent LLP lease

The international law firm will occupy half of the downtown trophy office project’s third floor

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced it has leased 11,449 square feet of its Pennsylvania Avenue office development, 2112 Penn, to Cassidy Levy Kent LLP, the prestigious international law firm, for a 12-year lease. This deal puts the 11-story, 230,000-square-foot, trophy building at approximately 90 percent leased.
