Skanska USA announced today that its building business unit, which is a leading provider of construction management, preconstruction, and design-build services, promoted Paul Reibel to vice president of business development from his previous role as senior director of business development. Reibel is based in the company’s Blue Bell office and has worked at Skanska for five years.
