In a joint venture with Trevcon Construction, Skanska will build a new facility on the East River in Manhattan called the East 91st Street Marine Transfer Station.
The client is the New York City Department of Design and Construction, on behalf of the New York City Department of Sanitation. The total contract is worth $181 million.
