Skanska breaks ground on Stone34 today, a mixed-use office and retail building at the corner of Stone Way and North 34th Street. Skanska’s design for Stone34 blends sustainable systems with community elements to create one of the most efficient commercial office buildings in the country.
Stone34 is Skanska USA Commercial Development’s first project in Seattle with additional projects planned in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood and Bellevue, Wash.
