Skanska’s Caribbean Operations Recognized for Its Safety Program

Skanska USA Building Inc. announced that the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA) recognized its Caribbean Operations with the President’s Award for 2006. The PRMA is one of the most important associations in Puerto Rico, representing local pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate and promote risk reduction in the workplace. It also recognizes a company’s initiative, creativity, efforts and performance in the occupational safety and health fields, and its success in reducing and eliminating workplace injuries.
