Skanska Awarded Contract for the Future 86th Street Station in New York

Skanska has signed a contract to build the Second Avenue Subway line’s 86th Street Station structure in New York. The project is a joint venture between Skanska and Traylor Bros Inc., with a 70 percent share awarded to Skanska. The contract value for Skanska is $210 million, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Civil in the third quarter. The customer is the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of the State of New York.
