PARSIPPANY, NJ – April 25, 2013 – Skanska USA’s building construction unit announced new roles for two of its market sector leaders.
John Coster, previously a vice president within Skanska’s Mission Critical Center of Excellence (COE), is being promoted to the newly-created role of Green Business Officer. Coster will help drive Skanska’s position as a leader in delivering innovative solutions to clients in new and exisiting facilities across the U.S. in need of cost-effective energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building solutions.
Additionally, Senior Vice President Bryant Farland is being named Account Manager and Mission Critical COE Leader, moving from his previous role within Skanska’s Design-Build COE. Farland has been a key contributor on every major Skanska USA Building Mission Critical project over the past five years as Skanska has expanded it focus and presence in this sector.

Jake Carnemark, who headed the Mission Critical CEO is leaving Skanska to focus more broadly on the mission critical sector and will continue to work closely with Skanska to develop data center opportunities.
