Skanska Announces the Promotion of Tom Webb to General Manager of the New York Metro Region

Skanska USA Building, a leading provider of construction management, preconstruction, and design-build services, has promoted Tom Webb to general manager of its New York Metro Region. In his new role, Webb, who formerly served as senior vice president of business development for Skanska USA Building’s New York and New Jersey offices and held positions in operations, will be responsible for overall business operations in New York and New Jersey, and for developing and maintaining client relationships.
