Skanska to Build Student Activity Center At Clayton State University

Skanska USA Building Inc. announced that it will provide pre-construction and construction management services for a new Student Activity Center at Clayton State University in Morrow, Ga. Cooper Carry & Associates is the architect of record for this $13.3 million facility. The 61,000-square-foot building will serve as a recreational area and an activity hub for students. It will include a ballroom that can be subdivided for small functions, a pre-function area, a warming kitchen, game rooms, a café, a fitness assessment office, student government offices with support spaces, a gymnasium, locker rooms, several multipurpose rooms and associated storage and ancillary spaces.
