Skanska USA Building Inc. announced today that on July 25, 2008 it will have completed construction on two new elementary schools in the Hillsboro School District. From the start of the design phase to the end of construction, both Free Orchards and Quatama elementary schools were completed in only 19 months; a process which generally takes at least 24 months to complete.
