Skanska USA Building Inc. announces the following personnel appointments: Philip Southerland has been named Corporate Executive Vice President with responsibility for the company’s Life Sciences business in addition to overall management of Skanska’s New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico operations. All three focus on the construction of life sciences facilities as well as on other market sectors including healthcare, warehouse/distribution centers, commercial buildings, educational structures and retail centers.
Joey Hatch also has been named Corporate Executive Vice President with responsibility for the company’s Healthcare business. Hatch has more than 32 years in the construction industry and will continue to oversee Skanska’s Nashville, Tennessee operations, which focuses primarily on healthcare construction.
Skanska has also named Michael Leondi as Area General Manager of the company’s New Jersey operations and Jonathan Reif as Area General Manager of the Pennsylvania operations.
