Skanska Promotes Edward Szwarc to Area General Manager

Skanska USA Building Inc. announced the promotion of Edward J. Szwarc to Area General Manager of its Philadelphia office. In his new role, Szwarc will oversee all functions of the rapidly growing office with specific emphasis on implementation of all management control systems, preparation of value management studies and cost estimates, field activities, and continued development of project management responsibilities. Szwarc will also drive the ongoing growth and expansion of the Philadelphia office.
