Skanska has signed a contract for the next phase of work with existing client Novartis for the expansion of its pharmaceutical research campus located in Cambridge, Mass. The contract value is USD 130 M, about SEK 834 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter of 2013.
Work on the project began in 2012 and is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
