Skanska USA Building Inc. announces that Randy Bernard has been promoted to project executive responsible for overseeing multiple school projects in the Orlando area. Bernard, who has been with Skanska for five years, previously served as a senior project manager for Apopka Relief High School, the renovation of the Central Florida Fire Academy Burn Building and the Downtown Orlando Public Library.
