Skanska USA Building Inc. announced today that it has promoted Steve Stouthamer to Area General Manager for the Carolinas and Virginia areas. In this role, Stouthamer will report directly to Scott MacLeod, Skanska’s Co-Chief Operating Officer, and work with the local leadership team to encourage continued positive business momentum. Stouthamer will supervise all activities for Skanska in the Carolinas and Virginia.
