Skanska USA Building Inc. announces that Ronald Kolber, Esq. has been named Director of Business Development. Kolber will be based in the New York office responsible for sales and marketing for the New York area.
Kolber brings more than 15 years of experience working in the real estate and construction industries. His most recent position was vice president of business development for HNTB Architecture in New York. He will be responsible for strategic planning and business development for Skanska in the commercial, education and government sectors. Kolber is a member of several organizations including Cornet, ISPE, NYBC, NYBA, IFMA and the SMPS. He is also admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Washington; D.C. and the U.S. District Court of California.
