ARLINGTON, VA – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, announced today that Evermay Wealth Management and M2, along with an undisclosed asset management company, have signed new leases at 3901 Fairfax. Of the building’s 200,000-square-foot office space, Evermay will occupy 14,500 square feet, the undisclosed asset management company will occupy 12,000 square feet, and on the ground floor, M2, a boutique strength training studio from the creators of Arlington’s Method Fitness, will occupy 2,500 square feet of retail space. Last fall, the team behind Balos Estiatorio and For Five Coffee Roasters announced their plans to open The Angie, an American French bistro concept in late 2025. With the recent leasing activity, the building is now 17% leased.

“With 3901 Fairfax, we’re creating a one-stop destination complete with a dynamic restaurant concept, health and wellness, along with every day professional services most desired by the office tenants and surrounding the Ballston community,” said Mark Carroll, Executive Vice President and Regional Manager of Skanska USA Commercial Development’s D.C. market. “We look forward to welcoming Evermay and M2 to our premier new office development in Arlington.”
