Skanska USA Building announces leadership changes to Preconstruction Services team

Preconstruction Team Leadership Changes

NEW YORK, NY – Skanska, a leading global construction and development firm, today announced key leadership changes within its USA Building operations’ Preconstruction Services team. Robert Luckey will transition out of his current role of Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Preconstruction as he prepares for retirement. Luckey is succeeded by John Tamborino who will be promoted to Senior Vice President, Preconstruction and lead the day-to-day preconstruction operations in New York. In addition, Pratod Padalkar will elevate to Vice President, Preconstruction. To complete this restructuring, Will Senner will step into the role of Regional Preconstruction SVP for the New York Metro and Mid-Atlantic regions.

John Tamborino holds over 40 years of industry experience and has been with Skanska USA Building Metro New York office since 2010, most recently serving as Vice President, Preconstruction. Playing a key role in growing the firm’s Preconstruction Services work in the healthcare sector, Tamborino successfully led key projects in New York and New Jersey, including the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Master Plan, North Shore University Hospital’s Petrocelli Surgical Pavilion, and RWJBarnabas Health ACC Cancer Center.

Pratod Padalkar joined Skanska USA Building in 1999 and has overseen several technically complex projects in the life sciences, higher education, healthcare, cultural, and commercial sectors in the New York Metro region. As Senior Director, Preconstruction, Padalkar’s project portfolio includes Princeton University’s Class of 1986 Fitness and Wellness Center, and New York City Economic Development Corporation’s Public Health Laboratory.

Will Senner joined Skanska USA Building in 2006 and has since held a series of engineering, project management, and leadership roles within the Preconstruction Services team and is based in Skanska’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Preconstruction, for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition, Senner oversees the Data Solutions team, guiding the business unit’s data strategy and partnering with stakeholders to unlock insights that drive efficiencies, improve project quality, and enhance client value.
