SEATTLE, WA – Skanska, one of the world’s leading development and construction firms, announced today that Dayna Dealy has been promoted to Vice President of Development for the company’s commercial development operations in the Seattle region.
In her new role, Dayna will lead Skanska’s upcoming construction of The Kaye, a 30-story multi-family tower with ground-level retail in Belltown. Additionally, Dayna will help set a strategic course for the Skanska team, while playing a pivotal role in growing Skanska’s multi-family portfolio.
“Dayna has been an integral part of the Skanska team and a vital driver in our work to better the communities in which we’re building,” said Charlie Foushee, executive vice president and regional manager for Skanska USA Commercial Development’s Seattle market. “Thanks to Dayna’s exceptional work, we are one step closer to starting The Kaye and delivering the project to the Belltown community.”

Prior to Skanska, Dayna accrued more than 20 years of experience within the Real Estate Development industry focused on the multi-family sector where she has delivered close to 2,000 apartment units to the Seattle region.
