Skanska has signed a contract with the University of South Florida Board of Trustees to build the Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute at the University of South Florida campus in Tampa, Florida, USA. The contract is worth USD 63M, about SEK 510M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the first quarter 2018.
The contract consists of the construction of about a 37,000-square-meter facility, including auditorium and classroom space, clinic areas and scientific laboratories.
Site work began in August 2017, and the project is expected to be complete in Fall/Winter 2019.
