Skanska Receives Top Honors at the Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley Leadership Awards

The Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley (SADV) has recognized Skanska’s Michael O’Neill, Richard Hylinski and Mary Judge at their 2016 Professional Showcase as the “best of the best” in the industry. All three were honored for their leadership, management and dedication to their craft at the SADV’s Professional Showcase held at the Springfield Country Club in Springfield, PA on February 18th.

With more than 28 years of industry experience Superintendent Michael O’Neill, supervises sequence sand monitors all work at the client site to ensure it is completed to the highest quality standards. He also manages the day-to-day efforts of the subcontractor field staff including all subcontractor meetings and pre-task planning. O’Neill specializes in higher education, commercial offices, museums and gaming.

Richard Hylinski, preconstruction director, has more than 32 years of industry experience and directs and manages the preconstruction team and process, which includes cost estimating, GMP development, and value engineering. Hylinski has experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, higher education, and aviation.

Mary Judge, AVS, estimator, has more than 17 years of industry experience and assists in developing detailed cost estimates through takeoffs and documented assumptions based on the design documents. She also helps secure pricing from subcontractors and takes an active role in the value analysis process. Judge specializes in aviation, higher education, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Skanska has extensive experience in the Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley working on such projects as the Nicholas and Athena Karabots Pavilion Addition at the Franklin Institute, Terminal F Baggage Claim Addition and Ticketing Renovation at the Philadelphia International Airport, University of Delaware East Campus Residence Hall, Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children Expansion and the SugarHouse Casino Expansion.
