New location, same customer commitment

A few words from EVP & GM Ross Vroman on our new location

To our Phoenix community,

We’re excited to move into our new office location at 2800 N. Central Ave. Our business in Phoenix and throughout the state has grown over the past few years and this move puts us where we want to be to support our employees and our customers.

For our employees, the office creates new possibilities for aligning work with the many obligations of their lives outside the office. With a central location and situated on the Metro Rail system, we’re in a spot that gives people choices on how they want to commute. With flexible work spaces in the office, we’re giving them a venue where they can work however they feel most productive. And, with technology, we’re giving them more flexibility than ever to balance the demands of work with the obligations of home.

Cultivating our culture will have benefits for our customers, too. On that front, the new office increases our connectivity to clients. Situated at the heart of the Valley, we will be even more connected to customers and communities throughout the region as well as with the project partners – designers, subcontractors, craft workers – that help us enable new possibilities for customers.

We’ve had good stories to tell over the past 10 years and, as we start this new chapter, I think the best stories are still to come. We want to be the leading contractor for customers and one of the best businesses to work for in the Valley. Our new location positions us to do both and we’re looking forward to all that’s ahead.
