Expansion of the facility includes significant site development and expansion of the existing distribution center. The facility will remain operational during the expansion.
The project includes a 185,000-square-foot building expansion, a 93,000-square-foot service platform, 4,400 square feet of new office space and a maintenance shop and 50,000 square feet of new asphalt pavement.
