Madison Square is phase two in the redevelopment of the former NuTone manufacturing site into a mixed use destination. Madison Square includes street level retail, a plaza level public commons that contains three distinctive spaces - The Café Grove, The Event Garden and The Pavilion - all surrounded by a pedestrian only loop, and a seven-story Class A office building. Madison Square links the Medpace campus as well as the Dolce Hotel, and two other Skanska projects.
