  • Stormwater technology that captures and treats stormwater runoff from 90% of the annual rainfall and removes at least 95.58% of total suspended solids
  • Achieved an overall water use reduction of 41% for showers, low-flush toilets and low-flush urinals. In total, these measures will reduce water consumption of the building by approximately 250,000 gallons per year
  • Installed an onsite wastewater treatment plant that treats 100% of the wastewater to tertiary standards. The treated wastewater is then reused for the toilets and urinals. This wastewater treatment plant reduces water use for toilets and urinals by 82%. With regards to energy consumption the building has an improvement of 30.27% over ASHRAE 90.1-2007
