All of the companies in Skanska USA Civil have achieved registration under the international ISO 14001 standards for environmental management. All of the Skanska companies in the United States have implemented these standards and have been registered by KEMA, an independent third party auditor. Skanska USA Civil is the first full-service construction firm in the country to be registered to the ISO 14001 environmental management standard in all offices and projects. This registration requires us to develop and implement managment programs to continously improve the impact of our operations on the environment.
