Skanska USA Tops Out New Okaloosa County Judicial Center

On Thursday, July 29, the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners and Skanska USA will celebrate the “topping out” of Okaloosa County’s new, $22.4 million courthouse annex extension and administration building at the C.H. “Bull” Rigdon Fairgrounds and Recreation Complex.
