Skanska Promotes Groshart, Smith to Vice President/Account Manager

Skanska USA’s building business unit announced Jason Groshart and Drew Smith have each been promoted to the position of Vice President/Account Manager. Groshart will work from Skanska’s Los Angeles office, while Smith will be based in Oakland.
