Green building

Skanska is recognized as an industry leader in constructing sustainable buildings, from institutional buildings to office towers. Skanska has extensive experience in selecting building material using a lifecycle approach and is able to ensure projects will meet the requirements for certification in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the U.S. Green Building Council’s system for energy and environmental classification of buildings.
