Skanska has managed more than $2 billion of construction affecting every aspect of airport operations. We were the first construction manager to utilize a fast-track, design-build approach for a commercial airline terminal, managed the installation of one of the first airport-wide, in-line explosive detection systems approved by the Transportation Security Administration, and built the World’s first airport terminal to receive LEED® certification.
