Mike Mair, PE, LEED AP 
EVP and Regional Manager, Houston, TX
Mike is responsible for overseeing CDUS in Houston. Since joining Skanska in 2007, he has overseen the site acquisition and development of 3009 Post Oak Boulevard, a 302,000 square foot Class A office development in the Galleria area, as well as two other sites in Houston’s Central Business District and the Energy Corridor. 

His career spans all phases of construction and development including site planning, design development, construction management and asset management of income-producing properties. Mike previously served as executive vice president of a large local development firm, and as a partner in a privately owned development company, both specializing in office, retail, and multi-family housing.

Mike is a registered professional engineer and licensed real estate broker. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Western Michigan University. He is currently a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also a Firm Member with Rice Design Alliance, a member of the Greater Houston Partnership and is on the Young Leadership Committee with ULI.

Greg Mondshine, LEED Green Associate, CCIM 
Vice President - Leasing, Houston, TX
Greg leads the team for CDUS’ leasing efforts in the Houston market.  He brings 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Skanska, ranging from asset management to brokerage and office development.  Before joining the CDUS team, Greg served as managing director at Myers, Crow & Saviers, Ltd for 12 years, where he was an integral part of a development team that designed, built, leased and sold 11 office buildings in Houston.  He has extensive office leasing experience and has finalized more than 3.5 million square feet of large office leases.

Greg has been a licensed real estate broker since 1988 and was the recipient of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) Building Owner’s Representative of the Year award in 2001.  Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Texas A&M University.

Matt Damborsky 
Vice President - Development, Houston, TX
As Vice President of Development for CDUS in Houston, Matt is responsible for sourcing and managing new investment opportunities, as well as managing development projects in the Houston area and surrounding markets.

Matt joins Skanska with nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial development industry. He most recently served as managing director for Hines, where he was responsible for over 2 million square feet of new construction and renovation projects in the Houston area.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from Rice University.

Benjamin Llana
Director - Development, Houston, TX
Ben is responsible for certain development projects and land acquisition activities for the Houston market.  Before joining the Skanska team, Ben worked directly for ExxonMobil as a design manager for the ExxonMobil campus project totaling more than 4 million square feet of office and amenity space.  Additionally, he worked for McCord Development, Inc., The Hanover Company, Moneo Brock Studio and Santiago Calatrava.  Ben has extensive design and development experience in office, land development, laboratory and multifamily.

Ben received a bachelor of architecture and a bachelor of science in architectural engineering degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate from the advanced studies program at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.  Ben is an active member of Central Houston, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Harvard Club of Houston.
