Employees are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct. This includes taking action if one believes there is a breach of the code. By doing this, we can ensure that Skanska remains a strong, ethical company.
We provide different options for reporting, which are also available to external stakeholders such as customers and subcontractors.
Please note that making a deliberately false accusation is in itself considered a breach of the Code of Conduct
